Can my family just drop in to play for the day?
Non-members are welcome to play 7 days a week for $15 plus $5 for each additional sibling. Non-members are limited to 10 day passes per calendar year.

Can I take classes even if I'm not a member?
Anyone can take classes at NEST! Membership does have it's privileges though with Purple Members receiving 20% off and Green Members receiving 10% off on all classes as well a priority enrollment in all classes.

Do you have a parking lot?
We offer parking at EZ Park at 1309 Locust Street for all members, salon appointments, class enrollees, birthday party families, and their guests. Purple Members and party families/guests receive $5 discounted parking and everyone else, $9.  
Those who have day passes do not recieve a parking discount. 

 





 
NEST Membership Agreement

Membership Options:
Purple Membership: Unlimited access to NEST playspace, priority class enrollment, 20% discount on classes, boutique, and café, $75 off parties, discounted parking ($4 for up to 3 hours), complimentary coffee and wi-fi, free admission to certain special events and ten guest passes for one year for your household. $660 Annually OR $60 Monthly (No enrollment fee).

Green Membership: Unlimited access to NEST playspace, 10% off classes, $50 off parties, discounted parking ($8 for up to 3 hours), complimentary coffee and wi-fi, and five guest passes for one year for your household. $495 Annually OR $45 Monthly (with a $50 enrollment fee).

Basic Membership: Unlimited access to the NEST playspace, discounted parking ($8 for up to 3 hours), and complimentary coffee and wi-fi. $395 Annually.

Automatic Renewal: 
At the end of the expiration of your annual membership, your membership will be renewed for the same membership either paid in full or monthly rate based upon your membership level, unless you cancel in person or in writing within ten (10) days of the expiration of your initial term. Following your initial term, you can cancel as set forth below.

Method of Payment:
Payments made on a monthly basis may only be made by credit card. Should your credit card information expire or change for any reason, it is your responsibility to update your financial information with the Company.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
As set forth above, membership is rolling and will renew automatically at the end of the one-year initial membership term for the then current monthly or annual dues. You may cancel your annual membership for any reason by contacting the Front Desk Manager, Montana Wheeler at NEST directly or by email Montana@nestphilly.com and giving sixty (60) days notice of cancellation. Should you choose to cancel your membership, you will also incur a $125 termination fee. During the notice period your membership privileges remain in effect.

General Policies:
- Please dress your child appropriately for the participating in the activities at NEST playspace. NO shoes are allowed in the playspace area. Shoes should be left in the designated area. Socks MUST be worn in the playspace at all times and are sold at the front desk for $1 if needed.
- Please do not bring your child to NEST if you think he/she is sick or is getting sick. We ask that a child be symptom and fever free for at least 24 hours before returning to the facility.
- You are responsible for your child’s behavior. Please make sure the child conducts himself/herself in an appropriate way that does not affect the health, well-being, and full enjoyment of other children/parents/guardians.
- Membership fees are subject to change.
- We are not responsible for your personal belongings.
- NEST reserves the right to close the facility due to inclement weather, special events or unforeseen, uncontrollable circumstances. Every attempt will be made to inform members of such closings.

Waiver and Release of Liability:
I, on my own behalf, and on behalf of my child(ren) or minor(s) listed above and our respective heirs, administrators, executors and successors, hereby acknowledge the risks associated with the activities provided by and performed at Locust Kids, LLC d/b/a NEST (“Nest”), including but not limited to muscle or soft tissue strains, sprains and tears, broken bones and severe injuries including paralysis or death, as well as medical expenses and damages that may result or be associated with such activities, and that I have voluntarily agreed to participate in the same. Therefore, I assume all risks associated with my voluntary participation at Nest. If I or the minor(s) should incur any such injury or loss, I agree to release and hold harmless NEST, its board of directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, representatives, any independent contractors, including any and all instructors, landlords, and its successors as assigned from any claim or liability in any way related to such injuries, even if such injuries are caused by the negligence of such persons/organizations referenced herein. The undersigned further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NEST and all parties identified above, from any liability arising out of negligent or intentional conduct of child, parents, family members or parties invited upon the premises by myself, my child(ren) or minor(s) or any family members which results in loss, injury or damage to any other party.

Medical Release:
I hereby authorize and give my consent to Locust Kids, LLC d/b/a NEST including any of its instructors or other authorized employees to provide emergency medical care and to give authority to any emergency unit, hospital or doctor to render immediate aid as might be required for the treatment of the above named student in the event of any emergency occurring on the premises of NEST.

Minor’s Release Authorization:
Without compensation to me or the minor(s) listed above, I hereby grant to Locust Kids, LLC d/b/a NEST, the absolute right and permission to copyright, publish, and use photographic portraits, pictures, or videos of me or the minor for use through reasonable promotion of the facility and related events. I hereby waive any right that I or the minor(s) may have to inspect or approve the finished media material as long as the matter is within reason and is not deemed to be socially inappropriate for use of a minor. As legal parent/guardian/responsible party of the above minor(s), I hereby verify by my signature below, that I have read, understood and accept the terms contained herein; and furthermore I permit my child(ren) to participate in the selected class(es) provided by Locust Kids, LLC d/b/a NEST. By signing below, I authorize Locust Kids LLC, d/b/a Nest, or its billing company, to draw below items for the purpose of paying NEST membership dues and any late fees or service fees incurred.

NEST Classroom Policies & Etiquette

For the enjoyment and safety of all class participates and caregivers, please adhere to the policies when taking part in a class at NEST Center City.

1. PLEASE KEEP SICK CHILDREN AND ADULTS AT HOME. We ask that all children are symptom and fever free for 24 hours before returning to NEST. Please alert NEST staff if you child comes down with anything highly contagious so we can properly sanitize.

2. We ask that you only bring the REGISTERED child to class; we cannot accommodate siblings in classes. If you have any questions about siblings in classes, please contact our Programs Developer*.

3. Shoes are NOT permitted in our classrooms. Shoes can be placed in our shoe trays before class. ALL class participants should WEAR SOCKS when taking part in class for hygienic purposes. Socks are sold for both children and adults at the front desk for $1.

4. NO FOOD OR DRINK is permitted in the classroom of any kind. If your child needs to eat or drink, please feel free to do so outside of the classroom. Please make sure to leave all foods containing nuts at home; NEST strives to be a nut-free facility.

5. All classroom doors will remain closed until the start of class. Some classes need a changeover to happen in a short amount of time. We ask for your patience as we set up our classrooms for your given class. Take of your shoes, and the instructor will let you in when they’re ready for you!
 
6. For everyone’s enjoyment of the class; we cannot accept those who arrive more than 10 minutes into a class. If you are going to be running late or just cannot make it in to class, please call NEST at 215-545-6378 so we can schedule a makeup.
 
7.  If a class is listed as ADULT/PARENT-REQUIRED, please be prepared for full engagement in ALL instructed activities.
 
8. You are responsible for your child’s behavior in the classroom. Please make sure your child conducts him/herself in a way that does not affect the health, wellbeing, and full enjoyment of other children and caregivers.

9. All class enrollees are given 2 makeups per 8-week session (5-week session in the Summer). If you are going to be absent due to illness or another circumstance, we ask that you please contact the front desk to schedule a makeup 215-545-6378. Preschool Bound attendees may do makeups in other development classes or PSB PNO only.

10. NEST reserves the right to close the facility due to Holidays, inclement weather, special events, or unforeseen circumstances. Every attempt will be made to inform class participants of such closings. Class enrollees will be granted a makeup for the days.
