NEST Center City Sales Associate
The Sales Associate is responsible for coordinating and managing the sales efforts for revenue sources including Membership, Class Enrollment, Parties, Events, Boutique and Café.
  • Serve as the primary resource for assisting guests with information and enrollment for classes, membership and parties.
  • Assist guest services by providing guest tours, utilizing SOP documents and checklists to ensure that all information is thoroughly explained.
  • Develop processes to track leads, lead follow-up and closing to increase sales of membership and classes. Meet and exceed pre-established sales goals and conversion rates.
  • Report to and assist GM and/or Managing Partner, Marketing Department, Programs Coordinator and Event Coordinator to develop marketing strategies to promote new business and traffic-flow into NEST.
  • Contribute to the fiscal responsibility and performance of all revenue departments and must ensure that front desk staff is following established sales procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the position.
  • Weekends and holidays required on occasion. Open availability is preferred.
  • Compensation for Sales Associate will include a base salary of $30,000 with additional quarterly commission and bonuses.

Party Hosts & Leads
Want to work, party, and play all at the same time? NEST is looking for people who love interacting with children, have an upbeat attitude, and enjoy giving great customer service. Here at NEST, we host birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and any other reason to party!
Weekends are required for this position. Experience and/or education in this field is preferred.
Party Hosting at NEST consists of but is not limited to:
·      Set-up and breakdown of all parties
·      Interacting with & entertaining parents and children
·      Reporting to birthday party coordinator
Party Leads are responsible for above plus MUST have experience working with children 1- 6 years old in an educational and/or party setting. Leads will have a talent for working with kids, know how to interact with them and their parents/family, and get them to engage in activities. Party leads will be the leader of the party and facilitator of activities.

NEST Musician

NEST is looking to grow it's music program and we hope you're the musician for us!  If you love children, great music, and have a flair for the wild and wonderful you might be exactly what we're looking for!  Candidates for our lead musician position should have strong guitar skills, the ability to quickly learn new music to keep up with our ever changing themes, have a flexible morning schedule, and, most of all, a love of children and all that they do!  While a background in children's music is helpful, NEST's music program is a blend of family favorite songs, focusing on music EVERYONE can enjoy-meaning no more Wheels on the Bus!  While our traditional musicians have focused on the guitar, the ability to play and incorporate additional instruments is a definite plus! 


Programming Interns

Looking for somewhere to complete your CO-OP, intership requirements or for school credit? Want to work in a hands-on, fun, rewarding environment? Work along side our Programming Manager as a part-time intern!
Focused on nurturing, creative stimulation, we hold all types of classes from music, sports, movement, gymnastics, cooking, dance, and many more! We also have an Enrichment Program, which are discussion-based classes from 6 weeks to Pre-School Bound! We have the best classes in the Center City area, and NEST Center City will enrich your life at the same time as you enrich others!
Programming at NEST may include, but is not limited to:

  • Assisting in Enrichment and Development Classes
  • Interacting with Parents and Children
  • Setting up classrooms
  • Prepping crafts and creating new ideas for classes
  • Potentially creating and assisting in a NEW exciting class!
  • Report to Programs Manager and work with Program Developer
  • Potential to turn into a paid position
